User Configuration and Security
Depending on your phone system, CallData can automatically add users and associate their names with their extension. If your phone system is supported for automatic user addition, whenever a username changes in either the phone system or CallData, CallData automatically sets the old users status to Inactive.
For example, if 103 is John's extension and he quits, then John's replacement Bill is assigned extension 103, CallData will automatically set John's account to inactive and Bill's CallData account will be automatically created.

Double click on a department to see the members in it. You can also drag and drop users into departments.
To modify the properties of a department or user, right-click on the department or user icon and select Properties. You can add a new user or department by right-clicking on the User Configuration screen and selecting Add User or Add Department. Right-clicking on the User Configuration screen and selecting Delete User or Delete Department will allow you to delete the selected user or department.
