Table Reports
Table reports provide detailed information in a list style format.
The Table Reports category has 5 reports:

This Report shows the call log details which include:

The Report Pane, located on the left side of the main CallData window.
| ► | Date: The date the call was made. |
| ► | Time: The time the call was made. |
| ► | Duration: The length of the call. |
| ► | Direction: (incoming, outgoing, voicemail) |
| ► | Distance: whether it's an internal, local, long distance or international call |
| ► | Extension Name: The name associated with the extension. |
| ► | Ext No: The extension number associated with the call. |
| ► | Other Party Name: The name of the person or organization that was either called or initiated the call. |
| ► | Number: The phone number associated with the other calling party. |
| ► | Cost: The total cost of the phone call as calculated by the call cost rules. |

When viewing reports, you may notice the direction will have a "-O" appended to the end of the direction (e.g. INCOMING-O). This is displayed when the call was made to an auto attendant, operator extension or mailbox. Essentially, every incoming call that is not connected to an extension.
Every call to queue, auto attendant and mailboxes should have the "-O" flag. Whenever an assigned extension is involved it changes to normal incoming call. |

The Report can also be run by clicking the Run Report
icon on the Report Criteria pane. See the Apply Filters to a Report topic for additional information on the Report Pane and working with reports.

This report displays the CallData details of all calls made outside of the office hours (similar to the report above). The office hours are defined in the department properties. See the Department Setup section for additional information on setting the office hours.

This report shows the call log details of all call activity in the phone system's queue.

Volume of Calls per Day of Week
This report is a matrix displaying the total number of calls for a week, broken down into each hour and day of the week.
The day of the week is displayed across the top of the matrix and the hours (in 1 hour increments) are displayed on the left. The totals are displayed on the right and bottom of the matrix.

The Line Usage per Hour report is a matrix displaying the total amount of phone time for a week, broken down into each hour and day of the week.
The day of the week is displayed across the top of the matrix and the hours (in 1 hour increments) are displayed on the left. The totals are displayed on the right and bottom of the matrix.
