System and Database reports provide information on CallData users, database information & alert history.

 

The System and Database Reports category has 3 reports:

User List

This report displays detailed information for all of the CallData users, such as:

•Ext: The user's extension number
•Name: The name associated with the extension
•Phone Usage: The last date of phone activity for the user
•Department: The user's department
•Location: The user's location
•Security: The security level of the user within CallData
•Last Login: The last time the user logged into CallData
•Online: Will say Yes if the user is currently using CallData

Database Disk Usage

Database Disk Usage provides detailed information about the CallData database, including:

 

•Table Name: The name of the table
•Usage per Rec: Average amount of disk space (in bytes) that each record is using within the table
•Rows: The number of records within the table
•Reserved: The amount of disk space reserved for the table
•Data: The amount of data stored on the disk space
•Index: The size of the table's index
•Unused: The amount of unused disk space

 

You may also access information such as the memory used by each table, the data space used, the reserved space, the unused memory space, number of rows in the table, the table name, the space usage for indexing and the memory usage for each record. Finally, the report gives the grand totals for all the columns.

Alert History

Alert History shows all the alerts sent within a specified period of time. The Alert History consists of the following information:

•Date/Time: The date and time the alert was generated.
•Send To Email Address: If configured, the email address the alert was sent to.
•Alert Name: The name of the alert within CallData.
•Alert Text: The content of the alert that was generated.
