CallData was designed with ease of installation and deployment in mind. After an SQL Server has been installed, CallData’s initial installation takes just a few minutes.

 

CallData service and database may be installed on the following operating systems:

 •Microsoft Windows XP

 •Vista

 •Windows 7

 •Microsoft Windows 2008

 •Microsoft Windows 2003

 

To speed up your initial set-up, we recommend you gather all necessary information before beginning your installation. You will need:

 •SQL Server connection information

 •For VOIP phone system--IP Address and Port number for the        call information stream

 •Legacy phone system—Serial port connection information
