This section covers the installation of the CallData service and the SQL Server database.

 

We recommend that you check the system requirements, have the required database software pre-installed, are familiar with how CallData works and properly configure your phone system before installing CallData.

 

After becoming familiar with how CallData works and the prerequisites, you'll be ready to start installing CallData. The installation instructions are provided below.
