CallData has five security levels that can be assigned to a user:

 

Personal
oOnly able to see their own phone activity.
oChange their CallData password.
oChange their user options.
Department Admin
oRun reports for the department which the user belongs to.
oCan elevate a user from Personal level to Department Admin level.
Location Admin
oRun reports for the location which the user belongs to.
oAdministrative privileges for location specific functionality (i.e. modify departments and user permissions for the location).
Admin
oAccess to all features and functionality within CallData, except deleting functions within the Database Maintenance screen.
SysAdmin
oComplete, unrestricted access to all features and functionality within CallData.

Note:

Each level inherits the permissions of the previous level.
