The Directory Lookup feature cross-references a phone number or name with the contacts that are saved in the internal CallData directory. You can search by the entire phone number or name, or only part of a number or name.
| 1. | To search the call log, go to Search > Number or Name in Calling List to open the search screen. |

| 2. | Enter a part of a name or phone number in the Part of Name or Part of Number text boxes and click Search. If any phone activity records match the specified criteria, the results will be displayed in a report. |

You can further filter search results by selecting specific values from the drop-down menus above each column.
An example of a report with "Wa" as a part of the name.
You can also access the call log search screen by clicking on the 
icon in the Search toolbar.
