Reverse Lookup

The Reverse Lookup feature of CallData attempts to cross-reference a phone number with a name and address.

Note:

Cellular phone numbers are not searchable from within CallData.

 

1.To use the Reverse Lookup, go to Search > Reverse Lookup to open the Reverse Lookup screen.

2.Enter a phone number in the Phone Number text box and click Search. If the phone number is listed in one of the 3 databases that CallData searches through, then the results will be displayed below.

You can also access the Reverse Lookup screen by clicking on the note_view icon in the Search toolbar.
