If you have an existing Alert that you don't need any more, you can delete it from within CallData.
| 1. | To delete an existing Alert, click on Tools -> Alerts. |
| 2. | This will display the Alerts screen. |
| 3. | Select the Alert, right click on it and select Delete Alert from the menu. |
| 4. | CallData will ask you to verify that you wan to delete the Alert. Click Yes to delete the Alert or Cancel to keep the Alert. |
