Open a Report
There are three ways to open reports within CallData:
| 1. | Select a report form the Reports menu. |
| 2. | Use the Report Pane to enter a specific set of criteria. |
| 3. | Open a saved report from your Favorite Reports list. |
Click on the Reports menu and select one of the reports listed.

This will open the selected report in the main window.

Call Duration and Amount of Calls report within CallData.
Enter your desired parameters into the Report Pane on the left side of the screen and click Run Report.
Start Date:
End Date:
(Optional) Start Time: (Optional) End Time:
(Optional) Minimum Call Duration:
(Optional) (Incoming, Outgoing, etc...) Direction:
(Optional) Distance:
(Optional) Internal Calls: (Optional) Calls to Voice Mail:
(Optional) Calling Group: |

This will open the report in the report screen.

After entering your report parameters and clicking Run Report, the report will be displayed on the right side of the screen.

The Favorite Reports task pane can be found in the lower-left corner of the program.
Simply double click one of your Favorite Reports to open it.
