Logfile
The Logfile is where CallData stores the raw data sent from the phone system. The Logfile is also used to restore any historical information that may have been accidentally deleted from the CallData call log.
Over time, the Logfile increases as it stores data from each call within the organization. When employing a proper backup strategy, the Logfile data can be purged periodically to keep the database size to a minimum.
