The Help menu has the following options:

| ► | Help : Help option opens CallData’s Users Guide. |
It introduces users to CallData, helps with the setup and deployment of the product, provides technical support, troubleshooting techniques and navigates through all the levels of the product.
| ► | About :Provides information about CallData, like the number of locations, number of extensions, the version number and the build number. |
There is a link connecting to the CallData Website.
If the product installed is a demo version, then there is a link to enter the License Key(provided during the purchase of the product).
| ► | Enhancement Request : The Enhancement Request form allows users to provide their valuable suggestions and feedback on building a better product. Detailed description along with possible benefits can be provided in the form and sent to the IS Systems CallData Product Development team. |
| ► | Check for updates : Users can update the latest version of CallData by using this option. If using the latest version, a popup window will show that the latest version is being used. |
