As the name implies, all reports in the Graph Reports category illustrate data in a simple- to-use, insightful graphic format. Reports include bar graphs, pie charts and geographic maps.
The Graph Reports category has 9 reports:

Call Duration and Amount of Calls
This report displays the total talk-time (Call Duration) and call volume (Call Count) by the hour. The Total Call Duration, Average Call Time and Total Call Count are also displayed on the bottom of the report.

This report displays the total talk-time (Call Duration) for each phone line. The total call duration in minutes is represented on the Y-Axis and the phone lines are represented on the X-Axis.

This report displays the total phone lines used throughout the day. The number of lines in use is represented on the Y-Axis and the times are represented on the X-Axis.

This report displays the total time callers have spent in the phone system's call queue, sorted by each queue. The queue time in minutes is on the Y-Axis and the Queue Name on X-Axis. The Call Count and Call Duration are displayed in two different colors.
The Total Call Duration and the Total Call Count are also included at the end of the report.

This report is a map of The United States, Puerto Rico (PR), The Virgin Islands (VI) & Northern Mariana Islands (MP). The color for each state/territory changes based upon the call activity to and from the state/territory. Match the color of the state/territory on the map to the legend in the lower, right-hand corner to determine the call volume to that particular state/territory.

Call Cost and Charge Cost per Hour
This report displays the total phone lines used throughout the day. The number of lines in use is represented on the Y-Axis and the time of day is represented on the X-Axis.
This report displays the total cost and amount charged for phone activity hour-by-hour throughout the day. The dollar amount is displayed on the Y-Axis and the cost along with charge cost are represented by unique bars on X-Axis. The Total Cost and Total Charge Cost are also summarized at the bottom of the Report.

Call Cost per Extension (Pie Chart)
This report displays the call costs charged to each extension in a Pie Chart format. This is the same data as the Call Cost per Extension Bar Graph. Each extension is represented by a "slice" of the pie with the totals displayed on each slice. The total cost for all extensions is also included at the bottom of the report.

This is the same data as the Call Cost per Extension Pie Chart, although the data is represented in a bar graph format. Each extension is represented by a column with the charge amount represented on the X-Axis and the extension (with the total charge amount) represented on the Y-Axis. The total amount for all extensions is also shown at the bottom of the report.
