Epygi

Overview
Before installing CallData, you will have to configure the settings on your Epygi system to work with CallData.
Supported Interfaces
The CallData service connects to the Epygi system using the following interfaces:

Configuration Instructions
Follow these step-by-step instructions to properly configure your Epygi phone system to work with CallData:
| 1. | Login to the Epygi's Management interface. |
You will need to login to the Epygi Management Interface to configure the settings that allow your phone system to work with CallData. |
| 2. | Once logged into the Epygi Management interface, navigate to Telephony > Call Statistics. |
Once logged into the Epygi's Administrator interface, navigate to Telephony > Call Statistics. |
| 3. | Under the Call Statistics screen, go to the Automatically Download section. |

Ensure that the checkbox is checked for Enable Automatic Downloading of Call Statistics. |

Set the Number of Call Records To Download to "50". |
III. |
Check the Send to server option. |
IV. |
Ensure that the Server Name is set to the computer name or IP address of the CallData server. |
V. |
Set the Server Port value to "21". |
VI. |
Leave the Path on Server field blank. |
VII. |
Ensure that FTP is checked. |
VIII. |
Enter "CallData" for the User Name. |
IX. |
Create a strong password and enter it into the Password field. (You will need this later, when installing CallData.) |
Once you have entered the necessary information, click the Save button to apply the changes.
Once logged into the Epygi's Administrator interface, navigate to Telephony > Call Statistics and enter the necessary configuration information. |
| 4. | After configuring the necessary settings on the Epygi phone system, you will need to configure the Epygi connector during the CallData installation. Connectors can be installed & configured by clicking on the Connector button while at the Phone System screen during the CallData installation. |
CallData requires a connector to work with Epygi phone systems. |
After clicking on the Connector button, scroll down & check the Epygi Connector section. Enter the appropriate information & click Next > to proceed with the installation of CallData.
The FTP User & Password should be changed from the default values for security purposes. Also, the System IP, System User & System Password will likely need to be changed to reflect the values specific to your phone system. |
Some reports may display missing or no data at all, depending on the phone system CallData is collecting data from. This is a result of non-standardized data formats being used across the wide spectrum of supported phone systems.
However, with the Epygi, there are no report compatibility issues. All reports will function properly.
