Directory Lookup

The Directory Lookup feature cross-references a phone number or name with the contacts that are saved in the internal CallData directory. You can search by the entire or only a part of a phone number or name.

 

1.To use the Directory Lookup, go to Search > Directory to open the Directory Lookup screen.

2.Enter a part of a name or phone number in the Part of Name or Part of Number text boxes and click Search. If any contacts the match the specified criteria, then the results will be displayed below.

You can also access the Directory Lookup screen by clicking on the document_find icon in the Search toolbar.
