Directory
If you use a CRM program to manage contacts, you can manually import your contacts into CallData with the Import Directory Data function.

You will need to have your CSV file saved with the proper formatting before importing. Consult your CRM program documentation on how to export data into a CSV file. |

| 2. | Next, navigate to the directory where your CSV file is saved. Select the file and click Open to start importing the data into the CallData directory. |

Browse to and select the CSV file with the contact information you want to import.
| 3. | After opening the CSV file, CallData will start importing the information into the directory. The status bar will display the progress of the data being imported. |
