Database Requirements

The CallData database is officially supported to run with Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2008 R2 and MySQL. It has been successfully tested to run on these platforms, although it should be compatible with most SQL database applications.

Note: If you choose to use a database program that isn't supported, you will not be guaranteed support.

Due to the unique needs and varying amount of phone activity from one organization to another, the Database Calculator was created to assist you in determining the amount of disk space required for your organization.

Note: The database calculator requires Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 or later.
