A current Annual Maintenance Agreement is required in order to download the most current CallData updates.
When you purchase your CallData License, your first year of maintenance is automatically added to your order. Therefore, you will be automatically entitled to access the latest CallData updates for 12 months after your purchase date. However, to keep your CallData up to date after the initial 12 months, you will need to renew your Annual Maintenance Agreement.
