Abandoned Calls reports provide detailed information on calls that were lost or abandoned . These reports can also be exported as an Excel Spreadsheet, Report Control (RPC) file, Bitmap or PDF document.
The Call Duration Reports category has 6 reports:
Abandoned Calls Per Month by Day
This report shows the daily summary of call information for each day of a month.
This report shows:
• Day: The numeric day of the month
• Total Calls: The total number of calls
• Incoming Calls: The total number of incoming calls
• Outgoing Calls: The total number of outgoing calls
• Number of Calls Abandoned: The total number of abandoned calls
• % Abandoned: The percentage of calls that were abandoned
• Average Speed to Answer: The average time before the call was answered
• Average Talk Time: The average duration of all calls
• Goal % Calls Answered in 20 seconds: The percentage of calls that were answered in 20 seconds or less
The month's averages and totals are also displayed at the bottom of the report.

This report shows the monthly summary of call information for each month of a year.
This report shows:
• Day: The three digit month abbreviation
• Total Calls: The total number of calls
• Incoming Calls: The total number of incoming calls
• Outgoing Calls: The total number of outgoing calls
• Number of Calls Abandoned: The total number of abandoned calls
• % Abandoned: The percentage of calls that were abandoned
• Average Speed to Answer: The average time before the call was answered
• Average Talk Time: The average duration of all calls
• Goal % Calls Answered in 20 seconds: The percentage of calls that were answered in 20 seconds or less

Abandoned Calls Detail
This Report shows all the abandoned calls in detail. It shows the Call Log details which include:
• Date: The date of the call
• Time: The time of the call
• Duration: The amount of time before the call was abandoned
• Ext Name: The name associated with the extension
• Number: The phone number of the other party
• Name: The name of the other party
