- CallData Base pricing is for the application and support for 30 Extensions with 1 Location. CallData Annual Maintenance is required for initial purchase of CallData.
- Annual Software Maintenance program entitles you to major releases and maintenance releases occurring within your subscription period and it also ensures continuous improvement of your software.
- CallData Base pricing includes support for 30 Extensions in the base cost.
- A Location is defined as another office with a seperate phone system but which call information is collected to a central database. For sites that require an additional copy of CallData for local storage another copy of CallData will need to be purchased.
