Effective May 1, 2009
1. CallData Base pricing is for the application and support for 30 Extensions with 1 Location. CallData Annual Maintenance is required for initial purchase of CallData.
2. Annual Software Maintenance program entitles you to major releases and maintenance releases occurring within your subscription period and it also ensures continuous improvement of your software.
3. CallData Base pricing includes support for 30 Extensions in the base cost.
4. A Location is defined as another office with a seperate phone system but which call information is collected to a central database. For sites that require an additional copy of CallData for local storage another copy of CallData will need to be purchased.
